Welcome to BeginHer Fitness! My name is Rima, and I am a bilingual (Arabic & English) female personal trainer offering 1:1 and small group training for women, both online and in-person.

My goal is to help women tone up, build strength, and feel confident through tailored fitness programs in a supportive and empowering environment. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to take your fitness to the next level, I create customized programs to meet your individual needs.

I offer:

• 1:1 Personal Training – Customized workouts designed to fit your goals, whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or improve overall fitness.

• Small Group Training – Train with a supportive group of women in a motivating and empowering environment.

• Online & In-Person Training – Flexible options to fit your lifestyle, whether you prefer working out from home or in person.
